About
Two names on the door. One system behind it.
MEGA Stone Grid is a performance marketing agency founded by media people with more than 45 years of combined experience. We built it to connect the parts of paid acquisition that usually get managed apart: the media, the creative, the landing experience and the measurement.
The name
It's literal.
- MEGA
- One founding partner. It's the name he works under.
- Stone
- The other founding partner's family name.
- Grid
- What we build for clients: channels, creative, audiences, data and commerce connected into one system, where each part makes the others better. Together, the three words spell MSG.
Why we exist
Because the gaps are where the money goes.
Most businesses buy paid acquisition in pieces. One person runs Google, another runs Meta, a studio makes the ads, a developer builds the pages, and the analytics belong to whoever set them up last. Each piece can look fine on its own scorecard while the whole system underperforms.
We started MSG to own the whole path from impression to customer. That means making the creative as well as buying the media, building the landing pages as well as running the tests, and judging all of it against the same business numbers.
MSG is a new agency. The people behind it aren't. Read the service pages, look inside the accounts or try the Grid, then decide whether a conversation is worth having.
Experience
45+ years, combined.
Between us, more than 45 years in digital media: building and running large-scale media buying teams, selling media from the publisher side, and leading growth in some of the most competitive verticals online, where creative, compliance and unit economics all have to work at once.
Large-scale buying teams
We've built and led teams that manage big budgets across many accounts at once, with the testing discipline, pacing and reporting that scale demands.
Both sides of the trade
We've sold media as well as bought it, so we know how inventory is priced, packaged and negotiated, and where the value actually is.
The hardest verticals
Our experience comes from categories where ad review is strict and every percentage point of margin counts. Accounts there only last if the advertising is clear and compliant.
What we believe
Operating principles.
-
Report the business, not the platform
Platform dashboards are inputs. Success is measured in customers, margin and payback.
-
Make the work, not just the plan
Strategy matters, but accounts improve when the creative, pages and tracking actually get built.
-
Say what we know, and what we don't
Attribution is uncertain and tests are sometimes inconclusive. We say so, and design the next test to find out.
-
Clear advertising lasts longer
Plain offers, honest claims and compliant creative keep accounts healthy and customers satisfied. We don't do cloaking or review evasion.
-
Connect the pieces
Media, creative, landing pages and measurement are planned together, because most performance is lost at the seams between them.
-
Your accounts, your data
Ad accounts, pixels and analytics should belong to the business. We work inside them rather than holding them hostage.
Fit
Who we work best with.
Being clear about fit saves everyone time. If the right-hand list sounds like you, we're probably not the right agency.
A good fit
- Paid media is, or should be, a primary way you acquire customers
- You care about customer quality and payback, not only cost per click
- You're willing to test, and to act on what the tests show
- You want creative, media and landing pages working as one plan
Not a good fit
- You're looking for guaranteed ROAS or a fixed result
- The offer depends on hiding terms, pricing or renewals
- You need tactics designed to get around platform review
- You want reports without access to the underlying data
Tell us where growth is stuck.
Share your goals, your channels and roughly what you spend. We'll reply with an honest view of where we'd start, or tell you if we're not the right fit.
