Who we are
This website, megastonegrid.com, is operated by MEGA Stone Grid ("MSG", "we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, email growth@megastonegrid.com.
Information you send us
When you use our inquiry form we receive your name, email address, company or website, the services you select, an optional budget range, and your message. We use this only to reply to your inquiry and to discuss working together.
- Your inquiry is delivered to our team by email. The website itself does not keep a database of inquiries.
- We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't share your inquiry with anyone outside our team except the service providers listed below.
- We keep correspondence for as long as it's needed to respond and for ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
Security and spam prevention
To protect the form from spam and abuse, we process your IP address and browser user agent when you submit it, and we limit how often one address can submit. If our automated checks identify a submission as automated abuse, we keep a record of the IP address, user agent, the domain of the email address used, the time and the reason, and we block that IP address from submitting forms for 30 days. These records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes request data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the website.
Analytics
We use two privacy-focused measurement tools, and neither uses cookies:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and page performance in aggregate. It doesn't use cookies or local storage and doesn't track you across other websites.
- Our own event counts record actions such as clicking a call-to-action, playing a video or completing the inquiry form. Each event contains only the action name, a short label (for example, which button), the page path and the country Cloudflare derives from the request. We don't record IP addresses, cookies, device identifiers or anything you type.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the site does not send our own event counts.
Cookies and storage
We don't set cookies. While you fill in the inquiry form, your browser's session storage keeps an unsent draft in that tab so you don't lose it if something goes wrong. It is cleared when your inquiry is sent or the tab is closed, and it never leaves your device unless you submit the form.
Advertising
This website does not use advertising pixels or tags from Google, Meta or any other ad platform, and we don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security, email routing and analytics.
- Our email providers: the mailboxes where our team receives and replies to inquiries.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email growth@megastonegrid.com and we'll respond within the time required by the law that applies to you. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change how the website handles information, for example by adding a new analytics or advertising tool, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
